Northern New Mexico native Daniela Gonzáles Aldape brings a team oriented approach to her practice. From
her time watching college ball at The Pit to her time coaching young hoopsters, Daniela has always had an
appreciation for the hard work, enthusiasm and great communication that holds a winning team together. Indeed, she anxiously awaits the time she can coach her two young sons' basketball teams.
Daniela has tried cases everywhere from Denver, Colorado to Las Vegas, New Mexico (her hometown) to
El Paso, Texas. She began her law practice at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver. While at DGS, she was
a member of the trial group and focused on complex litigation, commercial litigation and product liability.
Daniela had the fortune to coordinate and conduct discovery in numerous civil lawsuits that
arose from a high profile high school shooting incident in Colorado which was a unique and
demanding experience.
In 2004, Daniela joined the PHMY team where she practices in the areas of product liability
and commercial litigation. Her outstanding organization and communication skills enable Daniela
to oversee a team working on the firm’s largest docket. She is particularly skilled at and known for preparing
a case for trial. With Daniela on your pretrial team, you can rest assured that the big picture and minute
details are taken care of. And when it comes to trial, she is a relentless and skilled advocate.
Daniela’s hard work and enthusiasm do not end when she walks out the doors of PHMY. Everyday she finds
a way to put her abilities to use with worthy causes. One closest to her heart is fostering, training and finding
homes for dogs that have been abandoned, mistreated or neglected.
