Business & Commercial Litigation
Our attorneys represent Plaintiffs and Defendants in lawsuits involving virtually all areas of commercial litigation.
In this context, "commercial litigation" means business disputes, probate & estate lawsuits, real estate litigation, and cases involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty or breach of contract. Our clients retain us to represent them in cases involving a variety of business tort allegations (fraud, deceptive trade practices, negligent misrepresentation, interference with contracts and business opportunities, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, business defamation, disparagement, and conversion). Our commercial litigators also have significant experience with technology litigation - including business disputes involving software, information systems, engineering, and other complex technological issues.
Bottom line: This is not "one size fits all" litigation. Not even close. We understand that these cases can be very personal to our clients. There is a lot at stake, and it usually involves more than just money. There are often relationships to consider and the outcome of any given case can have far-reaching implications for our clients. So, we listen carefully and we work closely with our clients to design a strategy that uniquely fits their ultimate goals. |
